As a journalism student, I've had the opportunity to work as a photojournalist at the Iditarod, but as much fun as that was I enjoy going to sporting events on my own and capturing what I want and not just what I need to. Figure skating has always been my favorite of sports to watch and I have been lucky to attend the US Figure Skating National Championships thrice.

I've also been on the sidelines during my brother's soccer games, and as I stated previously have shot several Iditarod starts (once officially, twice on my own).
